                                                      Location & Transportation 

Q: Where is New Smyrna Waves located?

New Smyrna Waves is a quaint beach resort just minutes away from dining, shopping, & entertainment.

Q: What's the closest airport to New Smyrna Waves?

The two conveniently located airports to New Smyrna Waves, are Daytona International Airport (DAB) and Orlando Sanford Airport (SFB). 

Q: Is there transportation available to and from the airport?

Unfortunately, we do not provide transportation to and from the airport.

Q: Is there valet parking?

No, we do not offer valet parking. We offer self-parking during your stay.

Q: Is a credit card required upon check-in?

Yes, a hold will be placed at check-in on your credit card in the amount of $250. The credit card hold will be released, subject to any incidental charges or damages, upon check-out and can take up to 21 business days to reflect in your account.

Q: Do you offer day passes?

Day passes are not available. 

Q: Is there a kids' club?

We do not have a kid's club, but we do offer a variety of board games, books, and DVD movie rentals at the Front Desk. 

Q: Is there a fitness center?

Yes, we have a fitness center to help maintain any activity level of fitness.

Q: Are pets allowed?

Pets & emotional support animals are not permitted at New Smyrna Waves. Only Service animals are allowed. 

                                                         Accommodations

Q: Do all accommodations have a kitchen with supplies?

Yes, all accommodations have a fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette with stocked necessary kitchen tools in the drawers and cabinets for all your cooking needs. Just bring the ingredients!  

                                                          Reservations

Q: How do I modify or cancel my reservation?

Access the cancel or modify link on your initial booking confirmation email or call a member from our rental reservations team at 855-849-2205 or by email at rentalreservations@exploriaresorts.com

Q: What time is check-in/ check-out time?

Check-in time starts at 4:00pm local time. If your accommodation is ready before 4:00pm our staff will contact to help with an earlier check-in process. Please note, during peak seasons, check-in times may be slightly delayed, but our staff will do their best to assist you. 4:00pm check-in is NOT guaranteed. 

Check-out time is at 10:00am. Any late checkout must be approved by a member of our guest services and requested ahead of time. Late check-out charges will apply and are subject to availability only.
